The Americas represent a critical growth area for Qatar Airways' Summer 2026 strategy. The airline is not only restoring suspended routes but also significantly increasing frequencies to major United States cities hosting the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Major Route Restorations:
•    Philadelphia: Service resumes on August 1, 2026, reconnecting Pennsylvania's major metropolitan area with Doha.
•    Caracas and Bogotá: Both South American destinations will resume service from July 22, expanding Qatar Airways' Latin American presence and supporting business and leisure travel.
•    Boston: Initial service launches with four weekly flights, expanding to seven weekly operations to accommodate FIFA World Cup travel demand.

FIFA World Cup 2026 Frequency Increases:
•    Los Angeles: Increased from four to seven weekly flights
•    Miami: Increased from seven to ten weekly flights
•    San Francisco: Increased from four to seven weekly flights
