Syrian opposition forces have declared President Bashar al-Assad’s departure from Damascus after a swift offensive by rebels, marking the fall of his decades-long regime. Key locations, including Sednaya prison, infamous for its harsh conditions, are now under rebel control. Reports suggest Assad fled to a Russian base and may relocate to Moscow. As celebrations filled the streets of Damascus, the Syrian Prime Minister offered cooperation with new leadership. At the Doha Forum, Qatar's Prime Minister warned of further unrest without sustainable resolutions to Syria’s ongoing crisis.
