HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani
HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a written message to HH Amir of the State of Kuwait Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, pertaining to bilateral ties and the means to enhance them.
The message was received by HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Sabah during a meeting with HE Ambassador of the State Qatar to the State of Kuwait Ali bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud.
