Qatari Refereeing Crew Selected for Arabian Gulf Cup

Doha, September 16, 2026 : A Qatari refereeing crew has been selected to officiate matches at the 27th Arabian Gulf Cup, being held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from September 23 to October 6.

Crew Includes International Referee, VAR Official

The delegation features international referee Mohammed Al Shammari as main referee, Zahi Al Shammari as first assistant referee, Khalid Ayyad as second assistant referee, and Mishari Al Shammari as Video Assistant Referee (VAR).
