Government entities operating through Qatar's integrated service centres completed 46,786 transactions during June 2026, highlighting continued progress in enhancing public service delivery and supporting the objectives of the Third National Development Strategy.

According to data released by the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CGB) on its social media platforms, the achievement reflects the commitment of government ministries and agencies to delivering efficient, citizen-centric services that contribute to stronger government performance and national development.


Ministry of Foreign Affairs Leads Service Delivery

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recorded the highest number of completed transactions, delivering 18,385 services during the month. These included a high volume of consular, documentation, and international affairs-related services provided through the integrated service centres.


Ministry of Justice Ranks Second

The Ministry of Justice followed with 10,672 completed services, handling a broad range of legal and judicial procedures for individuals and businesses.

The latest figures demonstrate Qatar's continued efforts to improve government efficiency, streamline public services, and enhance the overall customer experience through its integrated service centre network.
