Embassy of India in Doha Partners With Qatar Post to Deliver Consular Documents
The Embassy of India in Doha has announced a new partnership with Qatar Post, introducing a home delivery service for consular documents and passports to the Indian community in Qatar.
The agreement, signed in the presence of Hassan Jassim Al Sayed, CEO of Qatar Post, and HE Vipul, India’s Ambassador to Qatar, provides applicants with secure delivery options complete with tracking, eliminating the need to revisit the embassy to collect documents.
Officials emphasized that the service reflects a shared commitment to enhancing convenience and accessibility for the Indian diaspora, while ensuring efficiency and reliability in consular processes.
The embassy highlighted that the initiative will streamline procedures, reduce waiting times, and strengthen cooperation between diplomatic and national service institutions in Qatar.
