3. Indoor Rock Climbing
Boulder -- Qatar's first dedicated indoor climbing gym on Al Buwairda Street -- has 280 square meters of climbing walls. Open to beginners from age 10 and up.
Climbing doesn't look like a cardiovascular workout until you're halfway up a wall with your forearms burning. A one-hour session works grip strength, core, legs, and mental focus simultaneously. It's also one of the few fitness activities where you can go alone and still end up talking to people -- the community there is genuinely social.
