Washington, November 05, 2026 : One person was killed and two others injured after a helicopter crashed into the waters of Biscayne Bay near Miami, Florida.
The US Coast Guard said the helicopter was carrying three people when it went down east of Miami Executive Airport.
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) said preliminary information indicated that the aircraft, a Robinson R44 II, was likely conducting a flight for filming purposes.
The NTSB confirmed that an investigation is underway to establish the circumstances surrounding the crash.
