Francesco Bagnaia, the reigning double MotoGP world champion, exuded determination as he geared up for the 2024 season at the Qatar Airways Grand Prix of Qatar.

Bagnaia, flanked by runner-up Jorge Martin and third-placed Marco Bezzecchi, expressed his ambition to secure a third consecutive title after a thrilling battle in the previous season.

With strong contenders like Enea Bastianini and Marc Marquez, the milestone 75th anniversary season promises intense competition.

Bagnaia, confident after dominating pre-season tests, praised Qatar as the perfect venue to kick off the season.

His competitors, Martin and Bezzecchi, also expressed optimism and readiness for the challenges ahead.

Marquez, starting afresh with Ducati's satellite Team Gresini Racing, aimed to regain competitiveness after a challenging period.

The MotoGP action begins with the first Free Practice session, followed by the season's first Sprint race and the Sunday race at the iconic Lusail International Circuit.
