Qatar University (QU)'s Admissions Office has officially declared the commencement of the application process for its prestigious array of graduate programs for the Spring 2024 semester.

Prospective students can submit their applications starting from Sunday, 27 August 2023, until 5 October 2023. This exciting opportunity is exclusively available for students who meet the academic qualifications and prerequisites set forth by the University for each Program.

In a press statement on Saturday, the Admissions Office outlined that a diverse selection of 31 academic programs will be open for enrollment in the Spring 2024 semester. These programs encompass a range of disciplines, including doctoral and master's programs in the College of Engineering as well as doctoral, master's, and certificate programs in the College of Arts and Sciences. Additionally, the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies is offering a Masters program in Quran and Sunnah, specializing in the science of Hadith and its interpretation.

The statement urged aspiring graduate students to explore the available specialization information and admission requirements for these programs through the official Graduate Admissions website.
The Admissions Office emphasizes that acceptance into QU's graduate programs is competitive, and prospective students must ensure that they satisfy all program-specific admission criteria.

The statement pointed out that the deadline for submitting all required official documents for graduate programs is 21 December 2023, stressing that applications submitted beyond this date will not be considered.

Notification of admission decisions will be disseminated by 28 December 2023, it added.

The commencement of classes for the Spring 2024 semester is set for January 21, 2024.
