Qatar Museums Inter Milan Partner to Endorse Design Doha

Qatar Museums has partnered with Inter Milan and Qatar Airways to endorse Design Doha.

Qatar Museums has partnered with Inter Milan and Qatar Airways, the Official Global Airline Partner of FC Internazionale Milano, to endorse Design Doha, as the first edition will be held from February 24 - 28 with the participation of more than a 100 designers from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The partnership was organized by Qatar Creates, the year-round cultural movement that curates, celebrates, and promotes cultural activities within Qatar.

The excitement kicked off with a pre-game reception that brought together the Qatari delegation, emphasizing the shared ethos of design and football, a value shared by both Milan and Doha. The reception, which welcomed a host of VIP guests, media, designers, and artists, featured an introduction to Design Doha presented by Ghada Al Khater, consultant to Design Doha, and the Senior Advisor for Academic and Cultural Affairs at Qatar Museums Dr. Jelena Trkulja.

Attendees of the match were then treated to a captivating laser show which introduced Design Doha to a stadium of over 75,000 spectators.

Design Doha will serve as a platform for practitioners from across the Arab world, helping to build professional pathways, and engage with the acclaimed design professionals from around the world who will convene at the event.
