Qatar Met predicts rain accompanied by thunder for coming weekend

Numerical weather forecasting models indicate the potential for cloud formations and rain, possibly accompanied by thunder, towards the conclusion of this week. The Qatar Meteorology Department conveyed this information via social media, sharing a weather map depicting projected rain clouds for March 9, 2024.

"The latest update from the numerical forecast model suggests the possibility of weather conditions by the end of the upcoming week, which could result in cloud formation and rainfall, potentially with thunderstorms at times," the department stated.
