The Ministry of Public Health has issued a product recall for specific batches of Kiwigarden coconut yogurt drops due to suspected traces of milk.

The ministry received a notification from the International Food Safety Authorities Network (INFOSAN) regarding the presence of milk traces in the product, which is labeled as dairy-free. The affected batches, 6237111 and 6237163, with expiry dates of May 9 and June 9, 2025, respectively, have been flagged.

Precautionary measures include a circular to suppliers, supermarkets, and relevant outlets to immediately withdraw the product. Inspectors have been directed to ensure the removal of the product from sales points.

Consumers allergic to milk are urged to return items with the specified batch numbers or expiry dates to the respective outlets.
