Brace for another drop in temperatures in Qatar this week: QMD

The pleasant warmth of the sunshine being currently enjoyed by people in Qatar is likely short-lived as the Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) has predicted another spell of chill this week.

QMD, in a statement released on Sunday, said the temperatures in Qatar will begin to drop again from Monday until the end of the week, with the minimum temperature plunging to as low as 9°C. 

The maximum temperatures will range between 18°C and 26°C, while the minimum temperatures will oscillate between 9°C and 17°C, QMD said.
