Amir to grace opening of Winter Olympics in Beijing today

His Highness the Amir of State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani will on Friday attend the opening of the 24th Winter Olympic Games in Beijing, the capital of the People’s Republic of China.
The 24th Winter Olympic Games will be held from February 4 to 20 in Beijing.

HH the Amir will participate in the meetings of the International Olympic Committee, which will be held on the sidelines of the session. His Highness the Amir will be accompanied by an official delegation.
