Qatar's official hajj (pilgrimage) mission headed, Friday afternoon, for Makkah Al Mukarramah to carry out its duties in creating the appropriate conditions and harnessing all possibilities for the pilgrims of the State of Qatar, so that they can perform the Hajj this year with comfort and ease.

The Qatari Hajj Mission operates through its headquarters in the Aziziyah neighborhood in Makkah Al Mukarramah. The official mission provides multiple and distinct services to the pilgrims of the State of Qatar through its units and committees. The mission also provides all the appropriate conditions and needs for the pilgrims of the State who will flock to the Holy Land in the coming days so that they can perform all the rituals with comfort and ease, through cooperation and coordination between the units of the Hajj mission, whose work is integrated to facilitate all matters for the pilgrims from the State of Qatar.

All units of the mission work intensively, during the Hajj period, to supervise the pilgrims of Qatar and the Qatari pilgrimage campaigns in the Holy Land, and to ensure that the campaign owners meet the required conditions and standards, in terms of providing means of care and safety for pilgrims and adequate housing, in accordance with what is stipulated in the contracts concluded with them.

The Qatari Hajj Mission provides a variety of services to the pilgrims of Qatar, including areas of awareness, guidance and health services to provide the necessary treatments, medical instructions and awareness that contribute to maintaining their health and safety, and provide support and assistance to pilgrims and campaigns through the service of the pilgrims call center and support unit. The call center forms a link between the service units of the Qatari Hajj mission on the one hand, and the country's pilgrims and their campaigns on the other hand, with regard to the Hajj season, including legal Fatwas, medical advice, instructions for campaign sites and ways to access them when needed, facilitating everything that enables the pilgrims of Qatar to perform their rituals in the best possible conditions, as well as any observations or proposals to develop programs and mechanisms for the work of Qatari campaigns in the future.

The first batch of the mission had left for the Holy Land a few days ago to prepare the headquarters of the support units for the mission, and to arrange all matters related to the Qatari campaigns in Makkah Al Mukarramah and the holy sites.
