Ministry of Education amends extended holiday dates for public schools in Qatar for 2025-2026

The ministry also stated that the end date of this extended holiday period after the midterm examinations for second term in the academic year (2025-2026) would be rescheduled on Wednesday and Thursday corresponding to (22 -23 April 2026), as opposed to(8 -9 April), so as not to coincide with exams when they are completed.

In regard to private schools, the extended holiday dates will remain as they have been approved on the annual calendar: Wednesday and Thursday, 8 - 9 April 2026.
