MOCI intellectual property services

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) announced on 5 April 2026 the launch of 5 new e-services for intellectual property, increasing the total number of services to 7.

MOCI's initiative is one of a series of plans geared towards realizing digital transformation, reducing redundancy in performances and completing transactions more rapidly while improving services quality output to beneficiaries.

Services provided:

• Application for the Registration of a Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Deposit Certificate

• Application for a "To Whom It May Concern" Certificate

• Application for the Issuance of a Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Certificate

• Application for Amendment of Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Registration

• Application for Waiver of a Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Deposit Certificate

• Composers and Music Arrangers

• Artists, Designers, and Architects

• Developers of Computer Software and Applications
