Japan are scheduled to be the first team to arrive in Qatar for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, with the Blue Samurai expected to land on November 7, the organisers revealed on Monday.
The Japanese, who made it up to the Round of 16 at the last tournament in Russia, are grouped with Germany, Costa Rica, and Spain in Group E of the tournament.
Their first match would be against 2014 champions Germany at the Khalifa International Stadium on November 23, before taking on Costa Rica four days later (November 27) and then Spain on December 1.
