Doha, September 08 (QNA) - HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to His Eminence Prince of the Principality of Andorra and Archbishop-Bishop of Urgell Joan Enric Vives Sicilia, on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
