HH the Amir Issues Law Regulating Ownership of Real Estate by Diplomatic, Consular Missions in Qatar

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued on Tuesday Law No. 3 of 2022 regulating the ownership of real estate by diplomatic and consular missions in the country.

The law is effective and is to be published in the Official Gazette.
