A Saudi airlines plane, believed to be carrying Sri Lankan President Gotabaya Rajapaksa arrives on the tarmac at Singapore's Changi Airport
A flight carrying Sri Lankan President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has landed at Singapore, flight data showed on Thursday.
Singapore's foreign ministry said on Thursday Sri Lanka's President Gotabaya Rajapaksa had been allowed to enter the city-state on a private visit.
It said he has not asked for asylum and neither has he been granted asylum.
