This dedication is backed by a recent report from Al Asmakh Real Estate Projects Company in Al Raya newspaper, attributing Qatar's real estate sector growth to infrastructure projects and citizens' land development. Numerous projects are underway across various regions, serving over 15,000 residential plots, including about 2,000 in new citizens' land zones. Notable progress has been made, particularly in northern regions and Nasiriyah, with approximately 2,300 plots benefiting from road and infrastructure projects led by Ashghal. These initiatives, including packages within projects like Ebb, Leabaib, Al-Kharaitiyat, and Izghawa, are expected to stimulate investment and increase land demand, further propelled by government spending on 32 projects serving citizens' lands and residential areas, as well as 23 internal road enhancement initiatives. Additionally, highway projects play a crucial role in linking economic, commercial, health, and educational facilities, enhancing overall connectivity.
