Doha, November 03, 2026 : HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani held a telephone call with Lebanese Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam to discuss bilateral relations and the latest regional developments.
The two officials reviewed ways to strengthen cooperation between Qatar and Lebanon, alongside diplomatic efforts and coordination aimed at easing regional tensions and promoting security and stability.
During the call, Sheikh Mohammed reaffirmed Qatar's support for diplomatic initiatives seeking to ensure freedom of maritime navigation and pave the way for a comprehensive agreement that would establish lasting peace in the region.
He also reiterated Qatar's steadfast support for Lebanon's stability and territorial integrity, reaffirming the country's continued solidarity with the Lebanese people.
