DOHA: The Amir of the State of Qatar H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent Wednesday a cable of congratulations to CE Ismail Omar Guelleh on the occasion of his re-election for a new presidential term wishing him success in performing his duties, and for the relations between the two countries to develop and grow further.
