Thessaloniki, Greece, September 15, 2026 : UEFA has announced the host venues for several of its major club competitions, confirming Munich, Germany, as the host of the 2028 UEFA Champions League final and Barcelona, Spain, as the venue for the 2029 final.

The 2028 Champions League final will be played at the Allianz Arena, which previously hosted the 2025 final, when Paris Saint-Germain defeated Inter Milan 5-0 to claim their first Champions League title.

Barcelona’s Camp Nou will stage the Champions League final in 2029, marking the venue’s first hosting of the competition’s showpiece match since 1999, when Manchester United defeated Bayern Munich 2-1.

UEFA also confirmed the venues for the 2028 and 2029 Europa League finals. Bucharest’s National Arena in Romania will host the 2028 final, while Belgrade’s new National Stadium in Serbia will stage the 2029 edition.

For the UEFA Conference League, Juventus Stadium in Turin, Italy, has been selected to host the 2028 final, with Budapest’s Puskás Aréna in Hungary set to stage the 2029 showpiece. The Budapest venue has a capacity of approximately 67,000 spectators.

UEFA also selected the hosts for the upcoming UEFA Super Cup editions, with Amsterdam, Netherlands, set to host the 2027 match and Astana, Kazakhstan, to stage the 2028 edition.

Meanwhile, the 2027 Champions League final is scheduled to take place at Madrid’s Metropolitano Stadium, the home ground of Atlético Madrid. The 2027 Europa League final will be held at the Waldstadion in Frankfurt, Germany.

In the women’s competition, Lyon, France, will host the 2028 UEFA Women’s Champions League final, while Cardiff, Wales, will stage the 2029 final at the National Stadium of Wales.
