United Development Company (UDC), the master developer behind The Pearl Island and Gewan Island, has announced a net profit of QAR 115 million for the second quarter of 2026.

The company reported revenues of QAR 885 million during the quarter, while net profit attributable to shareholders reached QAR 119 million. Basic earnings per share (EPS) stood at QAR 0.034, reflecting the company's steady financial performance.


Strategic Growth and Development

Commenting on the results, Ahmed bin Ali Al Hammadi, Chairman of UDC, said the company achieved tangible progress across its development and commercial activities during the second quarter.

He noted that UDC continued to implement strategic projects designed to support long-term growth while maintaining strong operational performance.

Al Hammadi added that the company's ongoing initiatives are enhancing the attractiveness of The Pearl Island and Gewan Island as premier destinations for residential living, investment opportunities, and upscale lifestyles, reinforcing UDC's commitment to delivering sustainable value for shareholders and stakeholders.
