Ramadan with LPM Doha
This Ramadan, La Petite Maison (LPM) continues its tradition of reimagining meaningful dining moments with a thoughtfully curated Iftar experience created in collaboration with renowned Saudi chef and Top Chef Middle East judge Mona Mosly. Guided by its pioneering spirit and commitment to cultural dialogue, LPM approaches Ramadan with deep respect, embracing the significance of the holy month across the region. Rooted in French-Mediterranean simplicity and Middle Eastern influences, the menu reflects balance, generosity, and the art of sharing.
Under the direction of Group Executive Chef Celso Nazaré, the Iftar offering remains true to LPM’s signature philosophy of refinement and timeless elegance. Across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Doha, La Petite Maison marks Ramadan as a moment of pause and connection, inviting guests to slow down and gather around the table in the spirit of the season.
Available from sunset throughout the holy month, guests begin their Iftar with soup, dates, and a Mezzeh platter, with a different soup presented every ten days. Designed for sharing, the Mezzeh brings family and friends together around the table, blending LPM’s French Mediterranean simplicity with chef Mona’s Middle Eastern warmth through flavours and familiar comforts. The platter features Socca Bread alongside fresh fruits and vegetables, Feta cheese, Quail Eggs topped with Caviar, and chef Mona’s signature Kibbeh.
For the main course, tasting-style dishes bring together LPM favourites and chef Mona’s creations, including Grilled Chilean Sea Bass, alongside Grilled Ribeye Steak marinated with Shawarma Spices, served with Broad Beans Fatteh, seasonal accompaniment and designed for sharing.
No meal at LPM is complete without a sweet ending. Served to share, dessert brings together chef Mona’s signature Date Cake and LPM’s famous Vanilla Cheesecake. The sharing-style Iftar menu is priced at 285 QAR per person, with a minimum of two guests. Additionally, guests can also opt for a selection of Ramadan mocktails to accompany the Iftar experience, including the signature Tomati-No, alongside the refreshing London Mule and the softly sweet Fluffy Berry, offered at an additional charge.
Alexandra Audon Filali, Director of Operations for the Middle East and Asia at La Petite Maison, shares, “Ramadan is one of the most meaningful times of the year for us at La Petite Maison. It’s a moment to open our doors, gather around the table, and create experiences that feel sincere and heartfelt. Collaborating with a Saudi chef, such as chef Mona Mosly, for the first time allows us to honour the region in an authentic way, while remaining true to who we are.”
Chef Mona adds, “Ramadan is about generosity, simplicity, and cooking with intention. Creating this menu with La Petite Maison felt very natural, resulting in a beautiful Iftar menu designed to be shared, enjoyed slowly, and experienced with the people you love.”
La Petite Maison invites guests to embrace the spirit of the season through a one-of-a-kind Iftar experience served across the GCC. Shaped by shared moments, the Iftar menu brings French-Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours into a dialogue between two cultures.
