Inspired by the restaurant's iconic Tomatini cocktail, the new dish arrives across all LPM restaurants from 21 July
La Petite Maison (LPM) introduces Tomatini Sorbet, a new dessert created exclusively for LPM in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Danny Khezzar. Available across LPM Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Riyadh from 21 July, the creation transforms the distinctive flavours of the restaurant's iconic Tomatini into a light, refreshing dessert for the summer season.
First unveiled during LPMās Tomatini Week, the Tomatini Sorbet brings together Danny Khezzar's contemporary French approach to flavour and technique with La Petite Maisonās philosophy of celebrating exceptional ingredients through simple, imaginative combinations.
Inspired by the iconic Tomatini cocktail, the entirely non-alcoholic Tomatini Sorbet offers guests a refreshing new way to experience one of the restaurant's most loved creations. Combining the bright flavours of vine tomatoes with the delicate balance of white balsamic vinegar and tomato vinegar, it delivers a fresh and fruity finish, complemented by French toast brioche with tomato confit and basil for a light, unexpected dessert designed for the warmer months.
Available from 21 July, Tomatini Sorbet will be priced at AED 55 in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, QAR 70 in Doha and SAR 65 in Riyadh. Bringing together the creativity of Michelin-starred chef Danny Khezzar and the effortless elegance of La Petite Maison, the dessert offers guests a distinctive new way to experience one of the restaurant's most iconic flavours.
