Upon receiving a complaint, the Labour Dispute Settlement Committee assumes the role of arbitrator, facilitating the resolution of disputes. Their decisions are swiftly issued, ensuring immediate enforcement within a stipulated timeframe of no more than three weeks.

Additionally, avenues for lodging complaints are not limited solely to direct interaction with the Ministry. 

Workers also have the option to raise their concerns through their representatives, who maintain regular communication with the Ministry of Labour, thus ensuring a continuous dialogue on pertinent issues affecting the workforce.
