The 3rd edition of the Real Estate Future Forum held in Riyadh

The State of Qatar participated in the 3rd edition of the Real Estate Future Forum, held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the theme "The Power of Flexibility... Building a Sustainable and Prosperous Real Estate Future." The State of Qatar's delegation is headed by HE Minister of Municipality Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiyah.

The three-day forum, which kicked off Monday, discusses best international practices as well as the latest technologies in sustainable development and ways to activate them.

The State of Qatar's participation in the forum aims to showcase its successful experience in the field of real estate development, investment opportunities in developing cities, infrastructure, and the quality of life of residents, and to introduce the distinguished services provided by the Ministry of Municipality in this field.

On the sidelines of his participation in the forum, HE Minister of Municipality Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiyah met with HE Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Majid bin Abdullah Al Hogail.

During the meeting, they discussed cooperation relations between the two fraternal countries and ways to enhance them in the fields of common interest, especially municipal and real estate.

As part of the participation of the State of Qatar delegation in the Real Estate Future Forum in Riyadh, HE Chairman and Managing Director of Qetaifan Projects Sheikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani reviewed a working paper on ways to tackle the challenges of the real estate development sector through flexibility and innovation, during which he presented the Qetaifan Projects model.
