The Civil Service and Government Employment Bureau recently upgraded the National Employment Platform ‘Kawader’ system, enabling Qatari job seekers to apply for five jobs at a time instead of one job.

The upgraded job portal is also serving employers in a better way, offering suitable jobs, and giving job seekers more options to avail the job opportunities according to their qualifications and interests.

A new system to match jobs with qualification of the candidates has been added, which is more effective compared to the previous system.

The matchmaking process is being done accurately through algorithms merging specialisations of the job-seekers and available job opportunities.

The service enables entities to match the available openings with applicants’ qualifications and interview them under the supervision of Civil Service and Government Employment Bureau.

The Bureau stepped up efforts recently to bring about quick solutions for job seekers, such as provision of suitable training courses and an initiative to provide jobs in the semi-governmental organisations.
