Passport Services Resume at Pakistani Embassy in Qatar

The Pakistani Embassy in Doha announced the lifting of the suspension today, May 5, 2026 state media quoted the Envoy of Pakistan.

It added in a social media announcement that applicants may go to the embassy within this period to apply for their passports.

In a previous post, the Embassy had announced that passport services were suspended until further notice due to technical issues at Passport Headquarters Islamabad.

It had said then that the disruption impacts passport operations at all overseas missions of Pakistan across the globe.
