Pakistan's National Command and Operation Centre has announced that starting tomorrow, February 24, 2022, it no longer requires negative PCR report for fully-vaccinated passengers travelling to the country. 

As per the latest revision of the inbound policy, following health / testing protocols will be applicable for inbound passengers with effect from, February 24, 2022:  

a. Pre-boarding negative PCR has been abolished for fully vaccinated inbound travelers. However, non-vaccinated individuals over 12 years will require pre-boarding negative PCR (maximum 72 hours).
b. Mandatory full vaccination for all inbound passengers less exemptions granted as per the earlier circular dated January 6, 2022. 
c. Passengers below 12 years of age are exempted from mandatory vaccination.
d. Passengers between 12-18 years of age are allowed to travel without mandatory vaccinated till March 31, 2022.
e. Rapid Antigen Test on arrival for deportees and non-vaccinated pedestrians at Border Terminals; Positive cases will be home quarantined for 10 days.
