Offshore, there will be scattered clouds at times and hazy to misty at places later, the report added.

Wind inshore will be northwesterly 03 - 12 KT.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly - northeasterly 5 - 15 KT becomes variable later.

Visibility will be 4 to 9 kilometer.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, while offshore it will be 1 to 3 feet.
