The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA), represented by the Institute of Public Administration, organised the annual electronic security enrichment meeting for the members of the development and skills development programme for the occupants of leadership and supervisory positions.

The meeting, which was held remotely, and in which 50 directors and their assistants and heads of departments from various government agencies participated, discussed several topics, most notably the risks of information security on the individual and society, government agencies, and the state as a whole and the negative effects resulting from them.

Head of the Institute of Public Administration Abdulaziz Saad Al Majli stressed the need for continued cooperation between the institute and government agencies to implement training programmes, meetings and specialised joint events.

He concluded by thanking the attendees and stressed the importance of electronic security in the lives of individuals, groups, and institutions as well as its impact on the stability of society in general.
