Doha, Qatar: Lusail Boulevard's main road will be closed to traffic from Wednesday, October 11, until the weekend, October 14, according to an announcement from Lusail City on its official Instagram page. The closure is to facilitate preparations for events related to the Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS).

It also provided a map outlining the closed roads and the ones open for traffic.

The renowned Lusail Boulevard will transform into a bustling urban hub from 5pm to 10pm during October 12 to 14 as part of the GIMS Qatar 2023 festivities.

One of the highlighted events is the 'Parade of Excellence,' where spectators can witness up to 100 distinctive model cars cruising down the Boulevard. This event is set to occur on October 12 from 7pm to 9pm.

GIMS stated on their website, 'Experience the Parade of Excellence, thrilling action, live entertainment, and a vibrant village area - there's something for everyone at the Urban Hub. Let the festivities commence.
