Doha, November 17 (QNA) - The Lusail International Circuit (LIC) announced the holding of the 2025-2026 Porsche Carrera Cup Middle East (PCCME) – Round 02 as part of the Formula 1 (F1) - Qatar Airways - Qatar Grand Prix 2025 held between November 28 to 30.
This marks the second consecutive time that the PCCME is held as an official support race to the Qatar Grand Prix 2025 F1, following its success in 2024, which saw German Janne Stiak claim the title.
The 2025-2026 PCCME consists of three main categories: Pro, ProAm, and Masters, in addition to special categories for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and rookies, providing a competitive environment for rising talents in the region and beyond.
Qatari Abdulla Al Khelaifi is participating in the upcoming edition with the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation (QMMF) team, leveling up from PromAm to Pro.
Al Khelaifi claimed third place in the overall ranking and first place in the ProAm category in the races held at LIC last year.
The LIC revealed that the two practice sessions will be held on November 28, while the qualifying session and the first race will be held on November 29.
The 2025-2026 PCCME – Round 02 will conclude with the second race on November 30.Â
