The next time you book your journey with Qatar Airways you can use your travel voucher. 

If you have purchased a travel voucher for yourself or someone has gifted you a travel voucher from Qatar airlines, or you have received your refund for a cancelled ticket in the form of a Qatar Airways voucher, you can redeem it at any time.

 

This is how you can redeem your travel voucher online:

1. Search for your next journey on board Qatar Airways

2. Select your preferred flight

3. Enter your passenger details*

*These must be the same details provided upon registration for your travel voucher

4. Proceed to the trip summary page

5. Under the “Redeem Voucher” tab, select the relevant passenger and apply your voucher code

How to redeem your travel voucher offline:

1. Dial the Qatar Airways toll-free number 1(877)777-2827 or +1-802-231-1806

2. Follow the IVR voice commands and press the right key to connect to the agent

3. Name the destination you wish to visit

4. Share all relevant passenger details

5. While making the payment, provide the travel voucher code to the agent

 

Voucher Validity

• Travel vouchers can be issued for the full unutilised value of the ticket. 

• Validity of the travel voucher is 2 years from the date of issuance.

 

Other Terms

• If you have booked your ticket on qatarairways.com or through any of Qatar Airways offices, you can re-book your tickets by calling any of its offices or contact centres or messaging on Facebook or Twitter.

• All customers with an existing booking should update their passenger contact details through 'Manage Booking' on qatarairways.com. This will ensure contact numbers and email addresses are accurate and will enable the airline to contact you more effectively regarding flight updates and to forward your travel voucher in case of flight cancellation.

• If your flight departure is scheduled for more than four days in the future, consider calling Qatar Airways at a later time.
