According to the official, the host does not need the Hayya card.

"Then the system will ask the host to provide his home address. After confirming the national address, the applicant will be asked to add information about his guest: name, passport number, and nationality," said Al Kuwari. He said that those interested in a one-day visit might apply via the Hayya platform, enabling them to book housing and get a Hayya card.
