Delivery company fined QR 10,000 for advertising discounts without a license

Qatar's Ministry of Commerce and Industry said that it fined a delivery firm for advertising discounts without first getting necessary approval from the Department of Specialised Licensing and Market. This violates Ministerial Decision No. (311) on sales of discounted prices for years 2018 – 2023.

The fine QR 10,000 imposed by the competent authority and case has been referred to the competent authority against the violating company to take necessary legal action.
