Data is become a necessary part of everyday life. Data loss can have serious consequences. As a result, a lot of people decide to utilize MyRecover, an easy-to-use data recovery software made to recover lost data from a variety of storage media.

Does MyRecover meet all expectations? We conduct detailed tests on MyRecover and conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its file recovery capabilities based on specific test conditions, procedures, and results.

Key Points of MyRecover

MyRecover is a powerful Windows file recovery software that is notable for its robust performance, extensive recovery capabilities, and simplicity of use. It is appropriate for both personal and professional use and provides reliable service to anyone who wants to recover lost data easily.

2.  Retrieves data from all data loss scenarios, such as accidental deletion, disk formatting, lost partition, virus attack, system crash, bootable problems, and so on.

3.  Supports recover data when PC won’t boot and recover data from any storage device affected by a Windows system crash or boot issue, including internal or external hard drives, SSDs, USB drives, memory cards, computers, cameras, and more.

4.  It offers an easy-to-use interface, faster scanning and recovery, and a more stable preview, and filter feature.

5.  Fully compatible with Windows 11/10/8/7/Server and supports full data recovery for all NTFS, FAT16, FAT32, and ReFS devices.

Completely compatible with all NTFS, FAT16, FAT32, and ReFS devices and Windows 11/10/8/7/Server.

6.  O?ers 24 x 7 free tech support.

MyRecover Test: Does Data Recovery Work Well?

I created two tests that simulate typical data recovery situations in order to improve MyRecover's testing and thoroughly assess its efficacy. The first test scenario is accidental deletion, and the second test scenario is disk formatting.

Test Conditions

Data formats: TXT, DOCX, JPG, PNG, MP4, MOV, AVI, MP3, CDA, 7Z, ZIP.

Data loss scenarios:

1.  Accidental deletion (Delete the above files from the local C drive and empty the desktop Recycle Bin.)

2.  Disk formatting (I executed a Quick Format via the Disk Management tool.)

I then downloaded and installed MyRecover to perform file recovery on each device once the scenario was implemented.

Test Procedures

The steps are very simple. After running MyRecover, I hovered my mouse over the local C drive/formatted partition where the deleted files were saved. Then, click Scan.

It automatically runs Quick Scan & Deep Scan to scan all the retrievable files. When the scan was finished, I browsed through all of the data MyRecover found. I could then use filtering to send the files quickly. Plus, I can preview the files before restoring them.

I select previously deleted files such as MP4 videos and Recover x Files. (The disk format recovery method is the same). It will ask you to choose a new location to save the recovered data safely.

After a few minutes, I immediately went to where I saved the MP4 video to see if it was there and intact. The answer is obvious, MP4 videos are successfully recovered.

Test Results

Recovery performance:

Accidental deletion: The recovery success rate is as high as 98%. Most of the files are intact, retaining their original names and directory structures.

Disk formatting: Quick format recovery 90%, full format recovery 85%, minor integrity issues in large files. In short, it can recover files from formatted partition efficiently.

Performance:

The scan time for the hard drive is about 4 minutes, indicating efficient algorithm performance. Recovery is faster for simple data loss situations like deletion, and longer for more complex situations like formatting a drive.

User experience:

The software is very intuitive, with a simple design, and easy to use. Technical support responsiveness is also tested, with support sta? answering queries within 24 hours.

Overall

MyRecover is a powerful and viable data recovery software that is distinguished by its extensive features and user-friendly design. It is suitable for both casual users who need to recover personal files and professionals who need reliable tools to perform data recovery tasks.

If you find yourself in need of a file recovery solution, MyRecover is certainly worth considering for its powerful performance. I highly recommend you use it to recover deleted or lost data.
