CBSE cancels Class 12 exams in Qatar scheduled between 16 March and 10 April 2026

CBSE Class 12 exams cancelled

The Indian embassy in Doha has cancelled all CBSE Class XII exams for students in various Gulf countries which are scheduled between 16 March 2026 and 10 April 2026, given the tense situation of the region.

The cancellation is for candidates who are set to appear in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class XII exams in Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman as well as Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE.

Furthermore, CBSE exams that had been postponed earlier during the first week of March 2026 for these countries are now officially cancelled.

The announcement further stated that the modality for announcing results of affected candidates will be communicated at a later stage. More updates would follow once the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) decides on the evaluation process for students in these regions.
