BAPCO Energies
Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO Energies) announced on Sunday, 5 April 2026, that one of its storage tanks caught fire following an Iranian drone attack. The company confirmed that no injuries occurred during the incident.
In its statement, BAPCO said the blaze was extinguished and the situation brought under control. Damage assessments are currently underway to determine the extent of the impact.
Emergency response teams acted swiftly, working in coordination with Civil Defense and other authorities to contain the fire and secure the facility.
Bahrain’s Ministry of Interior also confirmed earlier that the fire resulting from the attack had been contained, highlighting the rapid response of national emergency services.
