In an attempt to slow down the spread of the novel coronavirus, a 21-day lockdown has been implemented by the Central government all across the country. Along with shopping malls, gyms and recreational places, theaters have also been shut down all across the country and celebrities are busy making the most of their free time at home by reading, cooking, indoor workouts, playing board games or eating one’s favourite snacks. People are strictly advised to stay at home and only come out when there is a need for household supplies.

The other day, a picture of Allu Arjun buying groceries at a supermarket went viral on social media. Spotted in a tee, shorts and a face mask, the 36-year-old actor can be seen picking out household supplies like a commoner at a local supermarket in Jubilee Hills. Looks like not many have recognised him during this time of self-quarantine.

On the work front, AA is prepping up for his rustic actioner with Sukumar. Starring Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady and Vijay Sethupathi as the protagonist, the big-budget project will feature him speaking the Chittoor dialect.

Meanwhile, after enjoying a monstrous success at the global box-office, Allu Arjun’s recent film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is receiving massive response on the digital platforms. Starring Pooja Hegde as the leading lady, the Trivikram Srinivas directorial featured an ensemble star cast like Sushanth, Jayaram, Nivetha Pethuraj, Tabu, Murali Sharma, Navdeep, Jayaram, Samuthirakani, Rajendra Prasad, Rahul Ramakrishna, Vennela Kishore, Brahmaji and Sunil.
