Job Description

  • Lead the overall sales and business development effort for the Electric Gulf Car segment in TMC.

  • Achieve revenue and sales targets as defined by the business leadership

  • Analysis of the market and the players and their interaction

  • Develop strategy, tactics and sales plans for sales into the electric vehicle market segment.

  • Develop relationships with key customers

  • Identify and report on business opportunities in the targeted segments

  • Maintain and report of the pipeline of project for the region.

  • Assume key account management responsibilities on accounts as assigned

  • Representing TMC in trade associations, conferences, trade shows and industry networking events in the electric vehicle market segment

  • Contract negotiation & strong legal understanding of contract process

  • Create and maintain the procurement plan and operations

  • Overlook the Electrical Vehicle aftersales Support

 

Skills

  • Engineering Degree, and MBA is a plus

  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales (from which 3 to 5 years in B2B) / Business Development

  • At least 2 to 3 years at a managerial level

  • Arabic speaking language is preferred

  • Creative talents, innovative self- starter and the ability to negotiate and solve tough problems

  • Relevant sector experience - commercial property, sustainability, electric mobility exposure, fleet sales

  • In-depth knowledge(preferable) of the Electrical Gulf Car industry and its current events

  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations

  • Attention to detail, commercially orientated

  • Excellent time management, organization and presentation skills
