Job Description

• Major Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Make sales calls to introduce company and win business

• Follow-up on potential calls until final status and be able to seal a deal. 

• Account management through frequent visits to ensure customer satisfaction

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly Targets

• Leverage operations, technical and administrative resources effectively to sell and ensure effective delivery of a high level of service 

• Prepare weekly sales calls report and maintain a database of all visits and comments

Teamwork: 

• Assists in the review of annual objectives related to Sales & Marketing activities

• Maintains appropriate communications within area of responsibility

• Provides information to Sales & Marketing Manager in preparation of weekly & monthly reports to management

• Consults with internal departments regarding administrative requirements

• Ensures that all communications are routed through proper channels and in an appropriate and acceptable format

Leadership: 

• Has the authority to prepare quotations and acquire feedback in order to secure business.

• Has the authority to provide suggested sell rates to be sent to clients

Customer focus: 

Exceeding customer expectations by displaying total commitment to identifying and providing solutions of the highest possible standards aimed at addressing customer needs.

Skills

Preferred Education:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Experience: 

• A sound operational background with minimum 1-2 years of experience within a multi-modal Logistics environment.

Preferred Qualification:

• Good organizer with the ability to define and distinguish priorities

• Flexible and able to work as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
