Key Accountabilities: The MMS Officer will serve as the expert for the Maintenance Management System and will have knowledge of the MMS program including, but not limited to, the following: Accurate, complete and timely entry of data into the Preventative Maintenance Module. Accurate, complete and timely entry into the Work Order Module. Basic report generation / interpretation to ensure timelines are being met using MMS system and Microsoft Excel. Ability to be a self-starter and work with little/no supervision Required Work Experience: Computer software applications experience required (i.e., MS Office, ERP, etc) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress, offering solutions to resolve issues. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines Possess the versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams Must be able to read and speak the English language fluently. Previous experience with EAM / CMM / CAFM software highly preferred. IT Support and IT asset management experience with laptops, desktops and printers is highly desirable. Troubleshooting skills and ability to multi-task is also required. Able to start ASAP or in less than a month will be preferred.
