JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

To lead, manage and mentor a team of Software Developers.
Lead the development team to design and deliver maintainable, testable, and reusable production quality code using Agile development practices
Instil best practices for software development and documentation.
To facilitate the smooth delivery of all projects, enhancements, and support delivered by the team
Technologies being used - .NET Core/ React / PHP/ MSSQL/ JS/ JQuery/ Cloud & others, however, technologykeeps evolving and eventually a platform change will come into effect sometime soon
Development of application for mobile devices iOS and android

Requirements

5+ years of management experience required.
5+years’ experience as a software developer required.
High proficiency with full stack development skills including UI, web, middle-tier, and database required.
Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients and vendors, creation of project schedules and project status reporting
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies required.
Be entrepreneurial in nature, work as an effective leader with the Founder and CEO
Tech expertise in Open Source/ PHP, My SQL, Java, JS, HTML, CSS3, Cloud Platform, Integration, Big Data
