Recruitment Specialist

• Understand client requirements
  
• Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising)
  
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  
• Schedule interviews with the candidate at client location
  
• Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidate and employer
  
• Perform reference checks as need
  
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms

• Minimum 4 Years of experience in related field
  
• High proficiency working with various job portals
  
• Must have transferable visa with QID or family sponsorship
